Audrey Davis, Associate, co-presents "Hot Topics in Tele-Behavioral Health," Part III of the American Health Law Association's (AHLA's) Telemedicine Webinar Series.
The third webinar of this series focuses on timely issues impacting tele-behavioral health providers and platforms, including evaluating the post-pandemic outlook, what telehealth flexibility will be here to stay, and what issues may evolve for tele-behavioral health. This includes, but is not limited to, prescribing controlled substances and the DEA proposed rules. Speakers address tele-behavioral health reimbursement considerations, as well as privacy compliance under Part 2 and other regulatory schemes. Finally, the panel addresses the marketing and advertising precautions impacting providers in this space.
