Peter M. Panken, Member of the Firm, serves on the faculty and as a Planning Chair of the 25th Annual ALI-CLE Course of Study, Advanced Employment Law and Litigation.
On March 14, Mr. Panken will copresent two sessions: "Retaliation: The Most Ubiquitous Discrimination Cause of Action" and "The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): A Trap for Unwary Employers and the Trend to Class and Collective Actions." On March 15, Mr. Panken will copresent "The NLRB and Employment Practices of Non-Union Employers."
Frank C. Morris, Jr., Member of the Firm, will also serve on the faculty. On March 14, he copresents "Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Update." On March 15, he copresents two sessions: "Electronic Discovery Problems" and "Damages Update."
