Peter M. Panken, Member of the Firm, serves on the faculty and as Planning Chair of the 24th Annual ALI-ABA Course of Study, Advanced Employment Law and Litigation.
On March 22, Mr. Panken will copresent two sessions: "Retaliation: The Most Ubiquitous Discrimination Cause of Action" and "The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): A Trap for Unwary Employers and the Trend to Class and Collective Actions."
Frank C. Morris, Jr., Member of the Firm, will also serve on the faculty. On March 22, he copresents "Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Update," and on March 23, he copresents "Electronic Discovery Problems."
