This Roundtable will address the recent wave of companies that are refusing to provide goods or services to perceived “hate groups.”

  1. An overview of the current climate in which many companies are being forced to take a position on whether to conduct business with hate groups;
  2. How to determine whether a particular group or organization is a hate group;
  3. Possible legal claims that may arise from a company’s decision to no longer conduct business with such groups; and
  4. The practical issues that businesses need to consider in implementing such a policy.
