Patricia Wagner, Chief Privacy Officer and Member of the Firm, will join a panel discussion titled "Privacy: Law Firm Ethical and Legal Obligations," a session at the American Bar Association's 64th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.

This program will explore the ethical and legal obligations of law firms and lawyers to protect client and employee data including best practices on setting up a compliant global privacy program and protecting against cybersecurity attacks. The panel will provide a variety of view points on this topic, including the perspectives of law firm leaders, a corporate in-house counsel, and a government attorney.
