Frank Morris, Jr., Member of the Firm, will present "Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Laws: Status Update," a session at the 6th Annual Executive Forum on Voluntary and Ancillary Benefits Programs, hosted by World Congress. The conference will run from April 10 to 12, 2016.

Attendees at this session will learn about the best practices to meet FMLA and ADAAA regulations and reduce the risk of violation. The presentation will review the differences and similarities between Federal and State disability leave laws, and how to comply with these laws. Strategies for efficient administration of multiple leaves, including disability and pregnancy, will also be discussed.
