Presenters will provide a substantive overview of new employment laws this year affecting the workplace—from recreational marijuana to mandatory sexual harassment training and much more. This presentation will provide guidance on complying with these new laws and reducing exposure to lawsuits, with a special emphasis on strategies for addressing recreational marijuana at your club, protocols for making marijuana impairment employment decisions, and various approaches to drug screening. This interactive discussion will help attendees build their club’s roadmap to navigating new Illinois employment laws.
