Patricia Wagner, Member of the Firm, will present "Wearables Can Be Regulated?! And It’s Not Always Bad," at the 2015 Wearable Technology UX Conference, which runs from October 1-2, 2015.

Designers of wearable technology should be aware of potential regulations that may affect their products. This session will provide a brief discussion of privacy and FDA regulatory frameworks. As part of the discussion, Ms. Wagner will provide general tips to help developers understand when those requirements reach wearable devices and discuss ways in which regulatory compliance might give wearable products a competitive edge.
