In his presentation, "Healthcare Reform and the Durable Medical Equipment Industry," Member of the Firm George B. Breen will address the new landscape that has been created for DME providers, manufacturers, and suppliers as a result of health reform. He will provide an overview of how the reform legislation may impact businesses — now, and in the future — and will address the increased enforcement tools made available through health reform. This presentation will also include a discussion of the fraud and abuse laws and recent government enforcement efforts pertinent to the DME industry.
