Sibley Memorial Hospital ("Sibley") became a member subsidiary of the Johns Hopkins Health System ("JHHS") on November 1, 2010, joining the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Howard County General Hospital, and Suburban Hospital. Epstein Becker Green represented Sibley in the transaction, and represented both JHHS and Sibley with respect to the required certificate of need approval from the District of Columbia.
