Paul DeCamp to Testify Before Congress to Present Employer Perspective on Farmworkers, Domestic Workers, and Tipped Workers Under the Fair Labor Standards Act

Paul DeCamp, Member of the Firm and co-chair of the firm’s national Wage and Hour practice group, presents testimony before the House Committee on Education and Labor, Subcommittee on Workforce Protections, in a hearing on farmworkers, domestic workers, and tipped workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act. A former Administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, Mr. DeCamp was chosen to testify based on his prior government experience as well as his ongoing prominence in the field.
