Washington, DC (November 17, 2017)Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been promoted to Members of the Firm, effective January 1, 2018. Earning a place in this year’s class are David J. Clark (Litigation and Employment, Labor & Workforce Management, New York), Aime Dempsey (Litigation and Employment, Labor & Workforce Management, New York), Charles C. Dunham, IV (Health Care & Life Sciences, Houston and New York), and Kate B. Rhodes (Employment, Labor & Workforce Management, New York).

Mr. Clark’s practice concentrates on litigating complex commercial and employment-related disputes before state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals.  He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, advertising and media, accounting, banking, insurance, managed care, and retail brands.

Ms. Dempsey handles a broad range of complex commercial litigation and employment-related matters in federal and state courts and before arbitration tribunals and administrative agencies.  She has experience representing clients in a wide variety of industries and areas, concentrating on the financial services industry, but also including the advertising and media, health care, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and distributing, and not-for-profit industries.

Mr. Dunham provides general counsel and representation to health care providers and health-related entities in a range of matters involving corporate formation and governance, business transactions and acquisitions, and health regulatory compliance. His national health law practice focuses on clinical and anatomic laboratories, hospitals and health systems, physician group practices and networks, long-term care facilities, telehealth practitioners and providers, and health IT companies.

Ms. Rhodes’s experience includes counseling employers on a wide range of employment-related issues, litigation involving diverse and complex employment disputes, and traditional labor work including arbitrations and collective bargaining.  She represents clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, health care, hospitality, real estate development, construction, and professional sports.  Ms. Rhodes also serves as the co-chair of Epstein Becker Green’s LGBTQ+ Outreach Group.
