Meet Our Speakers

George B. Breen
Member of the Firm and Member of the Board of Directors at Epstein Becker Green

Health care and life sciences companies look to attorney George Breen at the first sign of government inquiry into alleged violations of the federal and state False Claims Acts, privacy rules, civil monetary penalty laws, and other obligations. During federal and state government investigations, George leverages many years of litigation experience to help clients address demands and advance arguments. He positions clients well before the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, and other regulators. Should negotiations turn unproductive, George is trial-ready and tested. His continuity of counsel has prevented clients from suffering the imposition of enormous costs, business destruction, and exclusion from health care programs.
