Los Angeles, CA (March 1, 2024)Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is proud to announce that Kendria Lewis and Tryphena Liu, Associates, have been named Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders for 2024. Additionally, EBG is proud to announce that Amish A. Shah, Senior Counsel, has been named a LCLD Fellow for 2024.

The multifaceted Pathfinder program provides high-performing participants, who have three to eight years of law firm professional experience, with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in law as well as career development professionals over the course of seven months. Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, the intensive year-long professional development Fellowship program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance.

Kendria guides health care and other clients through bankruptcy proceedings, receivership cases, restructuring, and workouts with practical, proactive, cost-effective legal advice.

Employers in various industries rely on Tryphena to help represent them in labor and employment matters, including employment litigation involving PAGA claims and allegations of discrimination, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment.

Employers and businesses trust Amish to represent them before trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies throughout California. He helps clients solve their most challenging labor and employment issues.

Kendria, Tryphena, and Amish join esteemed EBG peers who previously participated in LCLD’s Pathfinder and Fellow programs.

In 2022, James (Jim) P. Flynn, Managing Director, joined LCLD's Leader at the Front initiative as a further demonstration of his commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. As part of EBG’s membership and active participation in LCLD ongoing efforts, Jim wrote a Leader’s Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
