New York, NY (March 16, 2023) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is proud to announce that Neresa A. De Biasi and Enrique Miranda, Associates, have been named Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders for 2023. The multifaceted Pathfinder program provides high-performing participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in law as well as career development professionals over the course of seven months. Neresa, a skilled, zealous labor relations attorney, focuses on negotiating collective bargaining agreements and representing employers in union grievance and unfair labor practice proceedings. Hospitals, health care providers, and other health care clients rely on attorney Enrique to represent them in corporate, contractual, and transactional matters.
Additionally, EBG is proud to announce that Edward J. Loya, Jr., Member of the Firm, has been named a LCLD Fellow for 2023. Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, this landmark intensive year-long professional development program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. An accomplished trial attorney, Edward also serves in leadership positions for the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association, advocating for and supporting the professional growth of its members.
In 2022, James (Jim) P. Flynn, Managing Director, joined LCLD's Leader at the Front initiative as a further demonstration of his commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. As part of EBG’s membership and active participation in LCLD ongoing efforts, Jim created a Leader’s Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
