Overview
Attorney Tammy Tran counsels on employment practices and procedures, as well as advises on employment laws.
Tammy also represents employers across industries in cases involving claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, breach of contract, restrictive covenant violations, and the misappropriation of trade secrets.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Tammy clerked at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Previously, she was a litigation attorney at an international law firm.
While attending law school, Tammy served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
