Epstein Becker Green and Deloitte Legal’s Alliance for Employment Law and Workforce Management Services was discussed in Law360 (subscription required) and Bloomberg Law as Deloitte launches U.S. Legal Services practice.
Following is an excerpt from the Law360 article by Xiumei Dong:
Deloitte is stepping up its alternative legal business service offerings in the U.S. with the launch of a new practice that will offer legal management consulting and technology services to companies, the Big Four accounting firm announced Monday.
The U.S. launch is the latest step the accounting giant has taken to expand its legal business services practice internationally. …
In May, Deloitte also launched a partnership with Epstein Becker Green for labor and employment law issues. Under the alliance, the two firms said they would refer work to one another. The 270-attorney Epstein Becker is located solely in the U.S., so the agreement allows it to offer clients more services internationally and to expand beyond legal offerings to other services provided by the accounting giant. Deloitte, meanwhile, can turn to Epstein Becker’s employment attorneys to provide legal services to clients where it cannot do so.
