Dallas, TX (February 10, 2025) Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that Edward J. Loya, Jr., Member of the Firm, has been selected to serve on the Stanford Law School Board of Visitors.

Board of Visitors appointees are selected by the Dean of Stanford Law School for their distinction as leaders in law, business, and service to the public, and demonstrated commitment to the school. The Board’s input is critical to maintaining the school’s strong tradition of academic excellence.

Loya is a Member of EBG’s Litigation & Business Disputes practice and a former federal prosecutor. His practice focuses on business litigation, trials, and white-collar defense and investigations. He also dedicates much of his time outside of his legal practice to public service and leadership within the Dallas legal community.

He is a board member and the immediate past president of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, one of the largest local Hispanic bar associations in the country, and serves as Co-Chair of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Endorsements. For his service to the Dallas legal community, he has also been selected as a fellow or ally of the Texas Bar Foundation, the Dallas Women Lawyers Association Foundation, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Foundation.
