Dallas, TX (December 14, 2020)Epstein Becker Green (“EBG”) is pleased to announce that Edward J. Loya, Jr., has been elected to the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association (“DHBA”) Board of Directors.

The Dallas Hispanic Bar Association provides a forum through which Hispanic attorneys in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex can come together to exchange ideas and to pursue common goals. The purpose of the Association is to promote the social, economic, educational, professional, and civic advancement of the DFW Metroplex Hispanic community by making the legal system more accessible and more responsive to its needs.

Mr. Loya is a Member of the Firm in the Litigation & Business Disputes and Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practices at EBG. He focuses on civil, employment, and criminal litigation matters and represents companies and individuals in investigations, prosecutions, and regulatory cases initiated by government agencies. Based in Dallas, Mr. Loya practices throughout the United States and has offices in New York and Los Angeles.

Mr. Loya is a strong advocate for his peers in the Hispanic legal community. In addition to this new role with DHBA, he also serves as the Co-Chair of DHBA’s Judicial Diversity Committee and the Chair of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section.
