Sharon L. Lippett and Jason Kaufman

There is little doubt that rollbacks and reform are the “here and now.” The questions being asked include: “When will these changes happen?” “What will be their impact?”

During this webinar, we will explore the current status of the fiduciary rule in light of the recent White House memorandum that directs the Department of Labor to evaluate the rule. We will also review potential changes to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act at the legislative, administrative, and judicial levels.

Have a question on any of these issues? Please email the session speakers or Sylwia Faszczewska, Marketing Coordinator, at sfaszczewska@ebglaw.com.
