Glasser told Law360 on Wednesday that he was aware of Epstein Becker Green’s reputation as a leading management-side employment law firm with high-profile clients for some time.
The firm has a strong presence in the hospitality, financial services, technology, media and telecommunications industries, which is “an ideal fit” for Glasser’s practice, he said, noting that his career has largely involved representing clients in those industries.
He said his goal is to utilize the firm’s extensive resources to serve his clients while expanding the work he is doing in those core industries.
“The firm has an excellent platform from which to grow my practice, and I’m confident we’ll see much success together,” Glasser said.
Part of that expansion will be aided by the firm’s “strong commitment to thought leadership” through several blogs and noteworthy webinars, which will provide a platform necessary to achieve his goal, Glasser said.
In addition to developing a reputation for tackling sophisticated labor and employment matters in his daily practice, Glasser has established a reputation for his pro bono work.
