New York, NY (June 15, 2011) — The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green today announced that it has launched the Employer Defense Law blog.
The blog is dedicated to a discussion of many of the different areas of employment law confronted by employers in today's workplace — and the changes regularly occurring there. Some of these changes include: drafting social media policies to govern employees' postings on the Internet — employers now grapple with such policies and their consequences; more vigorous enforcement by the EEOC; new laws that the NLRB makes that affect non-unionized workforces; changes to U.S., state and international laws that global companies face; and changes that occur due to the current state of the economy.
The authors of the blog are attorneys at Epstein Becker Green: Carrie Corcoran, John F. Fullerton III, David W. Garland, Michael A. Kalish, Donald Krueger, Peter M. Panken, and Lauri F. Rasnick.
