Overview

As the Chief Information Officer, Robert Guilbert’s primary duties are to help develop and oversee all technology-related strategic and operational initiatives at the Epstein Becker Green. Specifically, he ensures that the firm’s information systems effectively support both the delivery of exceptional service to the firm’s clients and the daily operation and strategic direction of the firm. He works closely with Epstein Becker Green’s Technology Committee and senior management. In addition to information systems strategic planning, Robert's areas of responsibility include technical support, technical education, project management, engineering, telecommunications, information security, business systems, and conflicts of interest.

Robert has more than 25 years of experience working in the information technology (IT) field, predominantly in a law firm environment. Immediately before joining Epstein Becker Green, he spent nearly four years at a major international law firm as its senior IT leader. 

Robert is a member of the New York Chapter of the FBI Security Alliance and serves on the Planning Committee for the International Legal Technology Association, where he is a regular speaker. In addition, he is an active soccer player, playing for his hometown team in New Jersey as well as coaching his two sons.
