Whether litigating employment disputes or advising on employment law issues, attorney Trevor Wynn helps employers achieve their goals and protect their businesses.

Trevor represents a broad range of employers in federal and state courts, arbitration venues, and mediations. He works closely with clients to develop and implement robust litigation strategies in matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, civil rights violations, and wrongful termination. He also vigorously defends employers in wage and hour disputes at the state and federal levels.

A trusted advisor, Trevor proactively counsels employers on labor and employment issues arising under California and federal law.

In addition, Trevor maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals in contractual fraud and education discrimination matters.

Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Trevor was an attorney at an international law firm, where he handled a wide variety of labor and employment disputes. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable André Birotte, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
