Overview
Health care entities and other employers rely on attorney Rachael Grey for advice and counsel on employment law matters such as disability accommodations, discrimination and harassment, leaves of absence, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, and terminations.
Additionally, Rachael advises on a wide range of issues in the health care space, including regulatory compliance, consent for treatment, involuntary commitment procedures, privacy, guardianship, discharge concerns, and peer review and medical staff proceedings.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Rachael was an associate in the Healthcare and Employment Law Practice groups at a national law firm. Rachael interned with a boutique law firm that specialized in management-side employment and labor law. Rachael draws on her previous experience in social work and direct management to analyze and evaluate legal issues in health care and employment matters.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys reading, baking, and playing games with her wife and kids.
