Businesses, health care organizations, and other employers have come to trust attorney Alfie Aghazaryan because of his substantive results in litigation.
Alfie handles commercial and employment litigation matters from inception to settlement or trial, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, restrictive covenant violations, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition. Clients appreciate Alfieās ability to take into consideration all aspects of litigation, including reputational damage, discovery costs, possible future litigation exposure, and disruption of operations, when formulating a litigation strategy.
Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Alfie worked at a business litigation defense firm in Southern California and then went on to continue litigation work at another area law firm. During law school, he served judicial externships for the late Honorable Stephen R. Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
