Attorney Nino Kakauridze assists businesses with their employment-based immigration needs and strategies.
Employers in various industries rely on Nino for their business-related immigration matters involving recruiting, hiring, transferring, and retaining foreign nationals in the United States. She advises employers on U.S. employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and labor certifications, assists clients in obtaining permanent resident status for employees, and counsels clients on compliance issues relating to employing foreign nationals in the United States.
Earlier in her career, Nino was a Citizenship Program Intern at the largest coalition in New England promoting the rights and integration of immigrants and refugees. As a law student, she participated in the Rutgers Immigrant Rights Clinic, where she advocated for and assisted asylum seekers. Nino holds a Certificate in Immigration Law from Rutgers Law School.
