Musa Agamirza brings invaluable insight and experience to Epstein Becker Green as its Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the firm’s Human Resources (HR) department.

A trusted partner to Epstein Becker Green's executive leadership team, Musa has nearly 20 years of distinguished experience spanning various industries, such as legal, financial services, management consulting, and life sciences.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Musa held the role of HR Director at an international law firm, where he orchestrated comprehensive global HR operations, total rewards, policy, analytics, and HR technology advancements. Previously, he served as Director and Program Manager in the Corporate, HR Strategy, Planning, and Analytics department of a large financial services organization and as Vice President in the Markets & International Banking division of a major banking and insurance company, where he was responsible for implementing HR initiatives. Early in his career, Musa interned in the Corporate HR department of a multinational conglomerate.

His HR background extends beyond corporate roles; Musa is equipped with an MBA in HR and has contributed extensively as a senior consultant at a global management consultancy, where he played a pivotal role in assisting organizations in formulating and executing HR strategies, technology implementations, and process optimizations.

Through Musa’s leadership and guidance, Epstein Becker Green continues to foster a supportive and progressive workplace environment, ensuring the seamless management of the employee life cycle and the delivery of exceptional HR services.
