Melissa represents health care providers and large commercial enterprises in federal and state court litigation and arbitrations. These disputes typically involve complex contractual issues and business torts, and they often develop within a statutory and regulatory framework.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Melissa served as a law clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Justice Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Robert J. Jones and the Honorable James DeMarzo of the New Jersey Superior Court. Melissa also worked for a national news network, where she performed pre-publication review as part of a proactive litigation risk management strategy.
