Attorney Mark Arakelian works with real estate clients in health care and other industries to develop the legal strategies that position them for success.
Mark drafts and negotiates leases and other real estate agreements, performs due diligence in transactions, and guides clients through the corporate financing process. He also advises on mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, along with the real estate-related issues that frequently arise during those transactions, such as title clearance, land use, and environmental contamination matters.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Mark was General Counsel of a private startup in Philadelphia, where he negotiated and drafted its contracts and ensured compliance with applicable laws. Previously, he served as a real estate and commercial attorney at a New Jersey law firm. Immediately after law school, Mark clerked for the Honorable Robert C. Wilson of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
