Attorney Jason Lee counsels and defends a diverse range of employers in complex employment law matters, leveraging his litigation experience to protect clients' interests and achieve their business objectives.
Jason represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including single-plaintiff actions and class-action disputes, arising under federal and California laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (Title VII), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act, and California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). His work includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.
In addition to his litigation work, Jason routinely advises employers on labor and workforce management issues—focusing on compliance, risk mitigation, workplace accommodations, and policy development—to help them reduce exposure and remain compliant with changing legal requirements.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Jason was an attorney at a national law firm, where he represented major corporate clients in single-plaintiff and class actions, wage and hour disputes, and other employment law matters.
