Overview

As the Director of Recruitment, Jackie Vanderpool oversees a team responsible for all aspects of law school, lateral associate, and lateral partner recruiting.

Jackie has nearly 20 years of recruiting and human resources experience across the financial services, investment management, and, most recently, legal industries. Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Jackie was the Recruiting Manager at an investment management firm, where she led a high-performing team of recruiters and played a pivotal role in enhancing the firm’s talent acquisition strategies.

Early in her career, Jackie was a Senior Recruiter in charge of hiring for positions at all levels across multiple business areas. She also served as an HR Business Partner at a global financial services organization.

Jackie has a proven track record in leading campus recruiting initiatives and developing rotational programs that attract and cultivate top talent. Her expertise in creating innovative recruitment strategies has driven significant improvements in candidate engagement and hiring efficiency. Jackie is passionate about fostering inclusive hiring practices and building diverse teams.

As a subject-matter expert in all things recruitment, she has spearheaded transformative projects that streamline recruiting operations, leveraging technology and best practices to optimize processes.

Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Ohio University. She is continuously staying abreast of trends and innovations in the recruitment landscape.
