Isabel Wolf* applies her focused and diligent approach to assist employers with effective and dependable solutions for their employment law challenges.

Isabel assists employers on complex federal, state, and local employment laws that affect the employment relationship, including hiring, promotion, discipline, and termination. She meticulously reviews and updates employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are current and compliant. Isabel also helps navigate employers through challenging issues, such as workplace accommodations, leave of absence requests, wage and hour compliance, and internal investigations into alleged workplace misconduct, including claims of harassment and retaliation.

Isabel's career began at Epstein Becker Green as a Summer Associate in the New York office in 2023, where she worked on projects relating to workplace harassment and discrimination, noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, and the implications of arbitration laws. During her time in law school, she served as a law clerk for the National Labor Relations Board’s Division of Judges and interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation Unit, at a boutique law firm, and at a government agency focusing on employment law work.

Prior to law school, Isabel gained experience as a judicial intern in Honorable Lillian Wan’s chambers.
