Overview

Attorney Heather Domingo works with businesses of all sizes and across various industries to resolve complex disputes during all stages of litigation, establish best practices, and mitigate future risk.

Heather counsels and defends employers in a diverse set of employment law matters, including wage and hour litigation, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment in both single-plaintiff and class actions. She also conducts internal workplace investigations related to misconduct allegations.

A trusted advisor, Heather audits, reviews, and updates employee handbooks and counsels management on personnel policies, performance issues, and agreements to protect business interests. In addition, she speaks at in-person presentations and remote webinars on a variety of California labor and employment topics, including legislative updates and sexual harassment prevention.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Heather was an attorney at an international labor and employment law firm. While a law student, she was a legal extern at the Civil Division of the California Department of Justice’s Employment and Administrative Mandate Section and a student attorney at the Immigration Clinic of McGeorge School of Law.
