Attorney Erin Flood provides employers with the strategic solutions they need to address the diverse challenges of today’s workplace.

Erin guides employers through the complexities of federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring their policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and best practices. She also focuses on employment litigation, handling matters related to wage and hour disputes, trade secrets, harassment, and discrimination.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Erin served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Shelly D. Dick of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, having previously been a labor and employment associate in the New York office of an international law firm. While attending law school, Erin was a legal extern in the Legal Unit of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she researched sexual harassment and discrimination issues.
