Attorney Elizabeth Bright represents private business organizations and governmental entities in all stages of employment litigation, from responding to pre-litigation demands to defending claims and appeals in federal and state courts.
She has served as trial counsel on employment disputes involving California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) claims for harassment, retaliation, discrimination, sexual harassment, and disability, as well as whistleblower allegations. Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Elizabeth was an attorney at a Los Angeles firm, where she focused on employment, real estate, and personal injury litigation matters. Earlier in her career, she served as a law clerk for a real estate trade association.
