She helps clients minimize legal risk and optimize best practices in the workplace.

Elan also assists clients with internal investigations on labor, employment, and trade secret matters and represents employers in employment litigation and administrative hearings. Drawing upon more than a decade of litigation experience, she guides clients through all stages of the litigation process.
