Overview

Employers across multiple industries rely on attorney Danielle Montero for representation in a wide range of employment-related disputes.

Danielle defends businesses against claims of wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and harassment before federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies. She also represents employers in wage and hour claims—including class action and representative claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act—as well as in whistleblower, unfair competition, protected leave violation, breach of contract, and disability-related claims.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Danielle was an employment litigation attorney at a California law firm. While a law student, she served as an Investigator Intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and was a counselor in the Workers’ Rights Clinic of a California nonprofit legal services organization that assists low-income families. Danielle also worked as a certified law student at her law school's Individual Representation Clinic.
