Cynthia Park is a litigator who advocates for clients in a variety of complex commercial and employment disputes. She is committed to pursuing her clients’ interests—both cost-effectively and with favorable results. Her ability to decipher complex and novel legal issues gives her an advantage in litigating breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, equal pay, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
Cynthia also focuses her practice on counseling a wide range of employers on all aspects of employment compliance and risk avoidance, and works with clients on their employee benefits and ERISA plans. She strives to continuously provide practical advice as her clients navigate the rapidly changing laws impacting their workforce decisions.
While earning her J.D. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Cynthia served as a legal extern in the Securities Fraud and Narcotics Units of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. She also was a legal extern in FINRA’s Enforcement Department, where she helped investigate potential securities violations and assisted in bringing formal disciplinary actions when warranted.
