He represents employers in a wide variety of disputes, including those arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Labor Law, and the New York State and City Human Rights Laws.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Chris was an employment law attorney at a national law firm. Previously, he served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department. In that role, Chris represented the City of New York, its agencies, and its employees in state and federal employment actions, as well as administrative proceedings before the New York State Division of Human Rights. Chris also provided advice to city agencies to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements as well as federal, state, and local employment laws. Chris began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Gabriel W. Gorenstein, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York.
