Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Bryan honed his skills as a business and commercial litigator at a regional law firm, where he handled white-collar defense and health care fraud matters, including FDA medical device investigations. Earlier in his career, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Stephanie Ann Mitterhoff of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Bryan’s legal knowledge is enriched by his background as a genetics researcher at the Biomedicine Research Institute of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and his internships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. He also gained valuable experience at the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where he assisted with FCA self-disclosure settlement agreements, FCA alternative remedy applications, and other compliance matters.
