Brock Olson brings his professionalism, enthusiasm, and tough labor relations advocacy skills when litigating for and advising employers in traditional labor law matters. While practicing labor and employment law generally, Brock focuses his work on negotiating collective bargaining agreements and representing employers in arbitrations, union grievances, and unfair labor practice charges. Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Brock was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Marcos E. López, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
Brock attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Faculty Scholars Award and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Law. Brock also served as an Associate Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review, a Teaching Fellow in the Academic Success Program, and a member of the Restoration and Justice Clinic.
