Health care clients come to attorney Ashley Seibler for solutions to the complicated regulatory, commercial, and operational issues they face every day.
Ashley advises and counsels clients on health care transactional matters and regulatory compliance, including health care fraud and abuse issues related to state and federal anti-kickback and physician self-referral laws, physician entity structuring, pricing compliance, and data privacy, as well as health care reimbursement matters. Clients rely on Ashley’s strategic and transactional support for their M&A diligence, transactional, and integration activities. Ashley also has significant experience structuring and negotiating health care client commercial arrangements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating required contracts.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Ashley worked as in-house counsel for a publicly traded medical device company. In that role, she primarily worked on transactional and regulatory matters, supporting the operations of the company’s clinical service division. Prior to that, she was corporate counsel for a health care technology company.
