Attorney Anastasia Regne focuses her practice on defending clients in employment-related litigation in a broad array of matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment and hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, and wage and hour disputes, among others, in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and before various administrative agencies.
Anastasia also counsels clients on a variety of aspects of the employment relationship, including complex international employment and human resources matters, marijuana law, workplace safety, and federal and state wage and hour compliance. Anastasia also prepares separation agreements, settlement agreements, and stand-alone policies and conducts internal investigations.
In addition, Anastasia maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented survivors of domestic violence with her co-counsel at Sanctuary for Families.
Anastasia received her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was an editor for the Moot Court Honor Society, and an Alexander Fellow for the Honorable Laura Taylor Swain of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before attending law school, Anastasia worked as a volunteer law clerk for the National Labor Relations Board, Region 29 Office in Brooklyn, where she investigated unfair labor practice charges brought against unions and employers.
