Overview

When large or small employers need litigation help, they come to attorney Alexandria Ordway for her tenacity and experience. She advises employers on all stages of litigation, from complaint to judgment.

Clients seek her assistance in defending them against discrimination, retaliation, disability rights, whistleblower, wage and hour, and employee misclassification claims and in disputes under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the California Family Rights Act, and the Private Attorneys General Act. She also represents employers in breach-of-contract and trade secret actions, while working to prevent such issues by drafting strong, enforceable employment contracts and separation agreements.

During law school, Alexandria participated in a legal internship in the Organized Crime Division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, at Massachusetts Advocates for Children, and in Harvard Law School’s International Human Rights Clinic. Before law school, she served as a court intern at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
