Financial services, health care, hospitality, and other clients rely on attorney Alexander Franchilli for practical advice and to handle their investigations, arbitrations, and litigations in business and employment-related matters.
Alexander has extensive experience representing clients in disputes before FINRA, AAA, and in state and federal court, in connection with breach of contract, whistleblower retaliation, and discrimination matters and claims involving breach of non-compete agreements.
In addition, Alexander is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the United States, by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and provides advice to help clients comply with federal, state, and local laws related to employee and consumer privacy, and with consumer protection laws, including the FCRA, FDCPA, and TCPA.
Alexander started his legal career as a Public Service Fellow at the Kings County District Attorney’s office. Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Alexander was an attorney on the Consumer Financial Services Team at an international law firm, and previously, at a labor and employment and commercial litigation boutique based in New York City.
While attending law school, Alexander was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Victor Marrero of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Joel Schneider, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. A Dean’s List graduate, Alexander also was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for his pro bono and community service work during his years as a Fordham law student.
