Chris Opfer: I recently sat down with a panel of experts to talk about some of the hottest topics in the labor and employment space. With me were former NLRB general counsel Griffin, Epstein Becker attorney and former DOL wage and hour chief Paul DeCamp, former NLRB member Sharon Block, and Seyfarth Shaw’s Alex Passantino, who replaced DeCamp as acting wage and hour administrator in the George W. We talked about everything from joint employment and worker classification to what to expect from the DOL on overtime and where the Supreme Court might come down on class action waivers.

Bloomberg Law will air the discussion as a free webinar on Wednesday (CLE eligible).
