Neil Di Spirito Featured in “Health Hires: Epstein Becker”

U.S. Food and Drug Administration expert Neil Di Spirito has left Ballard Spahr LLP to join Epstein Becker as a partner in its health care and life sciences practice, splitting his time between Washington, D.C., and St. Petersburg, Florida.

Di Spirito helps a variety of life sciences companies, including those who make biologics and medical devices, on compliance and regulatory matters.

Before joining Ballard Spahr in 2016, he was a partner at Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Matz PC and at Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell. He also spent more than a decade at Pharmacia, which is now part of Pfizer Inc.

Di Spirito earned his law degree from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science from St. Joseph’s University.
