Following is an excerpt:

Joshua A. Stein joined Epstein Becker on Monday as a member and co-chair of the Americans with Disabilities Act and public accommodations group in New York, and on that same day fellow Proskauer attorney Carolyn Gray joined the firm’s D.C. office as of-counsel. Valerie Butera joined the firm’s D.C. office a week earlier from Arent Fox as a member in its labor and employment practice and focuses on Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance and other workplace safety and health issues. ….

Stein on Friday lauded the firm’s scope as a means for providing his clients with a wealth of legal services.

“Epstein Becker Green is a really good fit for the somewhat unique practice area I’m in,” he said. “The firm allows me to serve my clients very well with respect to substantive issues and the business side of practicing law.” ….

Butera told Law360 on Friday that she is “thrilled” to join the firm to further expand its OSHA capabilities.

“Given increased regulatory and enforcement pressures, now is the time that employers will want to evaluate their policies and procedures and I look forward to helping clients as they work to provide safe and compliant work environments,” she said.
