E. John Steren, the former chairman of Ober Kaler’s antitrust and competitive practice and co-chair of the firm’s litigation practice, has been named a member of Epstein Becker Green in Washington, D.C.
He’ll be working in the firm's health care and life sciences practice and the litigation and business disputes practice. His work involves representing health care companies in antitrust and more general matters. This includes helping physicians, providers and others in government investigations, Hart-Scott-Rodino compliance, breach of contract disputes and fraud allegations. He also defends providers against False Claims Act litigation.
